Booking a key

A booking through this site is a request to hold a seat, confirmed once the desk replies with a station number. Booked seats are held for fifteen minutes past the start time; after that we may free the rig for the queue so no seat sits empty. Please book honestly — one seat per player unless you book a Duo table.

• Give a real name and email so we can confirm and reach you.
• Arrive on time; late seats return to the floor for others.
• Top up hours at the desk — the clock starts when you sit and stops when you stand.

On the floor

Treat the rigs, chairs and pads as shared gear. Keep open drinks off the desks, keep voices friendly in the Arena, and let staff know about any fault instead of forcing a part. You are responsible for damage caused by clear misuse. We may end a session, without a refund of remaining hours, for behaviour that puts other players or the equipment at risk.

Your account and content

If you sign in to your own game accounts on a station, you do so at your own responsibility; sign out before you leave. Local profiles are wiped between sessions, but the club is not liable for accounts left open. Bring your own peripherals if you like — every seat has a free port — and take them with you at the end.

The site is offered as is, to show what the club is and to take bookings. Prices shown in credits are our house time-tokens and may change; the desk confirms the current rate at booking. We are an entertainment venue for play only — there are no cash prizes, wagers or payouts of any kind, and nothing here should be read as offering them.
