What we collect

When you take a key through our booking form, you hand us a name, an email address, a date, a zone letter and a number of hours. That is the whole set. We use it to hold your seat, reply with a station number, and tell you if a time cannot be met. We do not ask for identity documents or payment details through the site.

Cookies

This site keeps a small number of cookies, stored under a name unique to the club. One remembers that you have accepted this notice so the banner does not return on every visit; the same choice is also mirrored in your browser's local storage so it works even when the page is opened as a file. We do not load third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings, and the notice will simply appear again.

How long we keep it

Booking messages are kept only as long as needed to run and follow up on a reservation, then cleared on a regular schedule. If you ask us to remove your details, we will do so unless we are required to keep a record for a booking that already happened.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete the details tied to a booking. You can decline cookies by leaving the notice unaccepted or clearing them later; the club still works, you will just see the reminder again. We will never pass your email to another business to market to you.
